-yoga mat
-1 bolster (or pillow)
-1 yoga strap
-1 to 2 blankets
-2 blocks

3. Get your Zoom link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts)
4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.
5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.
