Zen Za

Zen Za is your weekly exhale — a gentle yoga class that blends breathwork, slow movement, and grounding stretches to help you unwind and reset. This class is perfect for all levels looking to move mindfully, release tension, and reconnect with ease in both body and mind.

Recommended Props:

-Yoga mat

-2 blocks (or thick books)

-1 yoga strap (or a belt)

-1 yoga blanket

HOW TO ACCESS:

1. Download Zoom

2. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts)

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.
