Restorative Yoga

A quiet place to soften, settle, and receive.

This 50-minute restorative yoga class is an invitation to slow alllll the way down. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll settle into fully supported postures that encourage deep rest and gentle release. Perfect for all levels, this practice nourishes your nervous system, calms the mind, and allows the body to restore itself with ease. 🪷

Suggested props:

-yoga mat

-1 bolster (or pillow)

-1 yoga strap

-1 to 2 blankets

-2 blocks

HOW TO ACCESS:

1. Download Zoom

2. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)

3. Get your Zoom link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts)

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.
