A sound bath (or sound healing session) is an experience where you're immersed in deep sound vibrations. A practitioner uses instruments with specific tones and frequencies that have the ability to heal your body. You will settle into a relaxing environment and allow these sounds to wash over your body.

Sound baths are used to deepen relaxation, ease stress, release tension from the body, improve mood, relieve pain, and improve sleep. The effects are different for everyone, and most people at a minimum feel more relaxed.

Yes! The virtual yoga classes are perfect for all levels, including beginners.
